Phase 8 consists of 38No. new luxury townhouses and colonies in the heart of Leith for private sale. The project is the 8th of 9 phases of planned works over a 7-year period. 

Project will be worth in excess of 330K to CableCom.

Anticipated start date July 2022, with completion expected to be March 2023.
