These competitively tendered works comprised the soft strip of existing finishes; conversion of an existing shower room to provide new WC facilities and complete refurbishment of The Salle fitness studio including sprung hardwood dance floor, bespoke timber panelling storage wall, automatic blinds, feature lighting, ventilation upgrades, ceiling support frames for specialist AV and exercise equipment and minor element roofing and external fabric repairs.

We completed on the project on a fast-track programme to meet/avoid Edinburgh Festival activities, this was complete to exceptionally high-quality standards.

This was managed even with fourth floor, single stair, logistically challenging access issues and all to key Customer satisfaction special mention from the University Head of Estates.
