CableCom Electrical were employed as the Electrical Contractor for S1 Developments and has delivered 31No. luxury properties with an external courtyard for S1 Developments at the Murrayfield area of Edinburgh.

CableCom worked alongside S1 Developments to complete the stunning scheme of 31 new-build apartments over 3No. phases Block A (Ellersly Road) and Block B & C (Westerlea Gardens). 

This low density/high quality project transformed the dilapidated school and listed gardens into one of Edinburgh’s most picturesque residential developments. The new build properties were carefully designed to emphasise the communal gardens and the stunning views over Edinburgh with nearly all benefiting from a balcony, roof terrace or private garden area.

The installation consisted of lighting, power, ventilation, TV, containment, electric underfloor heating, fire detection, electric heaters & door entry systems. This was all complete on to a high standard.
