CableCom Electrical were employed as the Electrical Contractor on a Design & Build basis for Cruden Building Scotland and has delivered 186No. luxury properties with an underground car park, bike stores, bin stores and external courtyard for Artisan Real Estate at the Warriston area of Edinburgh.  

The installation consisted of lighting, power, ventilation, TV, fire alarm (car park only), containment, smoke ventilation, fire detection, electric heaters & door entry systems. This was all complete on to a high standard.

Block B and the ground floor of Block F have been retained as social housing by Hillcrest Housing Association.
