Langhaugh Care Home Eildon Housing Association

CTS were appointed the mechanical and plumbing contractor to work alongside Cruden Building and completed the contract for the installation of the mechanical, plumbing and heating systems to 39 new build self-contained flats, communal lounge, dining areas, patio and garden in the Langhaugh area of Galashiels.

Ferrymuir, South Queensferry

CableCom Electrical were employed as the Electrical Contractor on a Design & Build basis for J Smart & Co and has delivered 44No. older person properties with a common room, bin stores & mobility charging room for Link Housing Association out at South Queensferry.

Leven Centre

CTS were employed as the Mechanical Contractors for Fife Council and has delivered a complete heating system upgrade to Buckhaven Burgh Chambers. The existing oil heating system has been replcaced by a new wet heating system supplied by new Hamworthy Wessex Modumax mk3 WM147/294V boiler in boiler room to provide both heating and hot water.

Dunfermline Crematorium

CTS were employed as the Mechanical Contractors for Fife Council and has delivered a smoke extract ventilation refurbishment of Dunfermline Crematorium. The system is intended for environmental ventilation and to clear any hot smoke that egresses from the cremator.

Buckhaven Burgh Chambers

CTS were employed as the Mechanical Contractors for Fife Council and has delivered a complete heating system upgrade to Buckhaven Burgh Chambers. The works carried out consisted of supplying and fitting new steel flow, return and feeder pipework’s to serve new boiler and radiators per work notes drawings and schedules. Pipework has been contained below floor, or boxed in.
