CTS were employed as the Mechanical Contractors for Fife Council and has delivered a complete heating system upgrade to Buckhaven Burgh Chambers. The existing oil heating system has been replcaced by a new wet heating system supplied by new Hamworthy Wessex Modumax mk3 WM147/294V boiler in boiler room to provide both heating and hot water.

CTS were employed as the Mechanical Contractors for Fife Council and has delivered a complete heating system upgrade to Buckhaven Burgh Chambers. The existing oil heating system has been replcaced by a new wet heating system supplied by new Hamworthy Wessex Modumax mk3 WM147/294V boiler in boiler room to provide both heating and hot water.

A new building management system has been installed within the boiler room to monitor and control the new wet heating system. New flow and return steel pipework from boiler room has been installed to serve four new heating zones as detailed on drawing. Pipework has been contained above ceiling, below floor or boxed in. All pipework has been insulated in VentureClad vapor barrier insulation.

The final heating outlets consist of new radiators, radiant panels and fan convector heaters
