CTS were employed as the Mechanical Contractors for Fife Council and has delivered a heating & controls refurbishment of Ladybank Primary School.
New boilers, boiler pumps and header installed along with associated valves and controls as per drawings and equipment schedule. Also new common flue header is run from boilers to existing brick chimney. Brick chimney condition has been checked and fitted with new liner and new external terminal fitted at top. Condensate drain from boilers and all low points in flue is run to internal drainage in plantroom.

New circuit pumps and control valve to be installed to existing heating circuit. New circuit pumps to be installed to new DHW primary circuit. DHW return pump set-up installed on existing DHWR pipework. All heating, water and gas pipework has been modified / extended as required to suit new equipment and positioning.

Pressuriation unit and expansion vessel has been installed as per drawings and equipment schedule. Run 15mm cold mains supply from within plantroom to pressurisation unit.

New BMS and controls installation as per BMS control specification, Merlin GDP2 gas safety system, CO and natural gas sensors, heat detectors and emergency stop.
